Privacy policy

What we collect

• What you submit: the resort, unit, week details and value you report, plus optional notes. Notes are kept private for moderation and never shown on the site.
• A spam-prevention code: a one-way code made from your connection's IP address and the date. It changes every day, can't be turned back into your IP address, and is used only to limit how many reports one connection can send. We don't store IP addresses.

We don't ask for or want your name, email or Interval member number.

Services we use

• Netlify hosts the site and may keep standard server logs.
• Supabase stores the database.
• Cloudflare Turnstile may run a bot check on the submission form under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page first.

Removing a report

Reports are anonymous, so we can't tie them to you automatically. Email dsmith528@gmail.com with the resort, unit and date and we'll remove it.
